Samsung is reportedly developing two new variations of its Galaxy S5 smartphone known as 'Active' and 'Prime', Digital Spy reported.
The Active edition of the handset has emerged on benchmarking website Antutu (via G for Games) with identical internals to the standard model.
Following in the footsteps of the Galaxy S4 Active, the device is expected to feature improved water and dust-proofing at a higher IP rating.
Previous reports suggest that the Galaxy S5 prime is a more powerful version of the flagship handset, featuring a Quad HD display with a 2560 x 1440 resolution, a quad-core 2.5Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor and 3GB of RAM.
Other rumoured specs include an Adreno 420 graphics card, a 16-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front-facing snapper, 32GB storage and Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
Samsung is believed to have shipped more than 10 million Galaxy S5 units since the phone's launch on April 11.
