A GoPro has seemingly proved its 'indestructible' credentials, with one of the action cameras having been found in a river after apparently being submerged for 17 months, Digital Spy reveals.
When YouTube user Beau Ouimette found the camera and plugged it into his computer, he discovered many hours of recorded footage on the microSD card.
The GoPro broke loose when a raft overturned on the river, and the resulting video shows the camera's journey as it travels along the river bed to its resting place.
In the video description, Ouimette states: "If it's yours, contact me and I'll send it back free of charge."
The video has racked up almost a million views, with many people in the comments claiming to own the camera.
