LG G4 teaser video showcases its user interface

LG's South Korean arm has released an official teaser video showcasing the LG G4's user interface, according to Digital Spy.

The footage shows the company's UX 4.0 software running on top of Google's Android 5.0 Jelly Bean operating system.

Several of the G4's software features are outlined in the clip, including Quick Shot, which enables users to snap an instant photo by double tapping the volume button.

A service called Smart Board will compile information from various services, including the calendar and fitness apps, and present it in a single place.

The LG G4 also includes a smart alerts function that offers suggestions alongside weather reports, advising the users to get out and about if it is sunny.

The new camera app features an 'expert mode' that offers DSLR-like controls for photography fanatics.

Earlier this week, LG offered a glimpse at the G4's 5.5-inch QHD LCD display ahead of the handset's official unveiling on April 28.
