Samsung has revealed a line of transparent OLED displays that it plans to sell to retailers to use as interactive screens, Digital Spy reports.
The futuristic panels can serve as a mirror, a window or a television, and have gesture controls via a built-in camera.
Samsung has not revealed any plans to bring the displays to living rooms, and don't expect them to come cheap if they ever do make the leap.
"Samsung has a long legacy of leadership in technology innovation for digital signage, as well as for other applications, and we are now leading the next wave of digital signage advancement with our Mirror and Transparent OLED display solutions," said Samsung executive Oseung Yang.
"We are very excited to help bring a new interactive dimension to the world of multi-channel shopping through the integration of our newest OLED displays."
Samsung also claims that its transparent OLED displays offer a superior reflectance level, colour gamut and transparency level than rival screens.
