To achieve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement, it is necessary that all the parties realize and recognize basic reasons of the conflict instead of attempts to overcome its consequences. Armenian President Robert Kocharian stated that speaking at the Council of Euro-Atlantic partnership in Prague. According to him, Yerevan has already showed its adherence to the Paris and Key-West principles. “Had Azerbaijan accepted the proposed settlement, we would have passed the half of the way of the realization of peaceful settlement”, the President noted. He thinks, effective regional cooperation and giving up the hostile propaganda could considerably increase potential of the peaceful process. “We are responsible to our people and to the whole world for making steps in order to achieve stabile peace”, Armenian President noted.
