The defense ministers of the Collective Security Pact (CSP) have confirmed the plan of establishment of a military organization. As «De-Facto» agency reports, at the today’s regular meeting of the Council of the defense ministers of the CSP member-states, two main documents regarding that sphere were confirmed. As the Russian defense minister Sergey Ivanov stated in his interview with journalists, the matter concerns the plan of establishment of the CSP military organization including the headquarters for preparation of corresponding decision and the strengthening of combined potential in the Central Asian region. According to the Russian minister, the CSP has three regional structures: Russia and Belarus represent that in the West, Russia and Armenia represent that in the South and quick deployment collective forces (Russia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizia and Tajikistan) represent that in the Central Asian region. Sergey Ivanov noted, it was decided to strengthen that grouping «imparting mobility to it in accordance with those threats and challenges to our security that we all see».
