ESTABLISHMENT OF FUND OF ASSISTANCE TO AZERI ARMY EVIDENCE OF INCAPACITY OF AUTHORITIES OF THAT STATE

The establishment of the Fund of assistance to the armed forces of Azerbaijan is the evidence of incapacity of Azerbaijan. As “Mediamax” agency states, Nagorno-Karabakh Security Council secretary Karen Baburian has stated that. “Otherwise the official Baku would have not placed cares of army maintenance costs on its people”, Baburian states. He thinks possible that Azeri President blackmails the international mediators with threatening with war if the issue settlement is not beneficial for Azerbaijan. The NK Security Council secretary noted, there is no settlement involving force for the Karabakh issue, and the side starting war would be condemned by the international community as well as the corresponding international organizations interested in the stability in the South Caucasian region would impose sanctions against that state.
