The operative situation on the Armenian–Azerbaijani border was relatively calmer overnight on May 17-18, compared to the previous days, Armenia’s Armed Forces said.
The Azerbaijani side, however, opened random bursts of fire towards the Armenian positions, using various caliber firearms.
The Armenian Armed Forces continue controlling the situation on the border and protecting their positions.
