November 4 secretary general of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation organization Valery Chechelashvili is arriving in Armenia on a two-day official visit. In the course of the visit the secretary general’s meetings with Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian, chairman of the National Academy of Sciences Fadey Sargsian and Catholicos of all Armenians Garegin II are planned. V. Chechelashvili will also deliver a lecture at Yerevan State University and American University of Armenia. Let us note that beginning on November 1 Armenia presides at the Black Sea Economic Cooperation for half a year.
