President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to dissolve the National Security Council Staff and the repeal of the presidential instruction NK-139 of August 25, 2008.
On August 10, the Armenian leader inked a degree on creation of a Secretariat of the National Security Council, the information and public relations department of the President’s administration reports.
