ARMENIA-AMERICAN MILITARY RELATIONS DEVELOPMENT NOT HAMPERS STRENGTHENING ARMENIA-RUSSIA MILITARY RELATIONS, ARMENIAN DEFENSE MINISTER NOTED

Development of the Armenian-American military relations does not hampers the strengthening the military relations between Armenia and Russia. Armenian defense minister has stated that in his interview with “Nezavisimaya gazeta”. According to him, “Armenian-American military relations do not develop against the Armenian-Russian relations”. Minister considered necessary to remind that Armenia, in contrast to its neighbors, has not worked for having relations with the NATO. “We have always considered that the Russian-American relations development is the most advantageous for Armenia”, stated the Armenian defense minister.
