Russian delegation including deputy head of the Russian president’s administration Vladislav Surkov, Krasnodar Territory governor Aleksander Tkachev and other officials has arrived in Yerevan. At the today’s meeting with Armenian president Robert Kocharian, the delegation members informed that the objective of their visit is to promote close cooperation of the administrations of the presidents of the two states. At the meeting, all the scope of the issues on the Armenian-Russian relations was discussed. Vladislav Surikov expressed assurance that the coming visit of the head of the RF government Mikhail Kasianov to Armenia will be a serious incentive to economic cooperation activation. Speaking on the current problems of the Armenians in the Krasnodar Territory, its governor Aleksander Tkachev said that they had been provocation that had not had any connection with the inter-national relations. Tkachev invited Robert Kocharian to arrive in the Territory with an official visit and that suggestion was accepted with pleasure.
