In early November Russian Premier Mikhail Kasianov will arrive in Armenia with a working visit. Armenian-Russian intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation co-chair, Armenia defense minister Serge Sarkisian stated that in his interview with «Arka» agency. The visit of Serge Sarkisian to Moscow, where he will discuss the exact terms of Kasianov’s visit to Yerevan as well as many other issues, is planned for today. It should be noted that as the Armenian-Russian intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation co-chair, RF industry, science and technology minister Ilya Klebanov stated earlier, the Protocol on realization of the Agreement on the order of transfer of the Armenian property to pay off the debts on the Russian State credits is planned to be signed during Kasyanov’s visit to Yerevan. Signing of agreement will let finally settle the issue of the Armenian debts to Russia. It should be reminded the agreement on transfer of the Armenian property to pay off the debts ($101 million) on State credits given by the Russian government to Armenia was signed in Yerevan July 17. The agreements stipulated the procedure issues and it is planned the property acts exchange will have taken place by the year-end. According to that agreement, Russia will have the shares of Razdan thermoelectric power station, «Mars» close corporation, Yerevan Research Institute of mathematical machines, Yerevan Research Institute of automated control systems, Yerevan Research Institute of science of materials.
