At the turn of September Azeri President Heydar Aliyev will leave for Moscow on a working visit, where he will meet with Russian leader Vladimir Putin. In the words of Russian presidential personnel deputy chief Sergey Prikhodko, concrete time of the visit will be announced in the near future.
