The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Armenia grew by 1058 to reach 58,624 on Wednesday, October 14 morning – a record number of new infections in a single day – according to information provided by the Health Ministry.
Fresh figures also revealed that 395 more people have recovered, seven patients have died from Covid-19, while three others carrying the virus have died from other causes in the past 24 hours.
A total of 2877 tests have been performed in the past day, the National Center For Disease Control and Prevention said.
So far, 46,713 people have recovered, 1039 have died from the coronavirus in the country, while 311 others carrying the virus have died from other causes.
