Armenian Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan signed a lip synching ban decree aimed at the improvement of the singers’ performance quality at state events.
According to the decree, lip-synching is not forbidden at private events, yet the organizers are obligated to mention about the use of audio record in the advertisements and leaflets announcing the event.
