Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan and French ambassador tp Yerevan Anne Louyot have discussed the release of Armenian nationals still be held captive by Azerbaijan.
Tatoyan and Louyot met in Yerevan on Sunday, October 24, with the former describing the meeting as "important."
Vital human rights issues such as those related to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the rights of border residents, the promotion and protection of women’s rights, and the judiciary were also on the table.
