During protests in different districts of Yerevan, Armenia, 18 people were detained on Monday, November 22, Sputnik Armenia reports citing police.
The Armenian citizens were apprehended "for disobeying the requirements of law enforcement officers."
Since Monday morning, protests organized by a number of political forces and public organizations have been staged in the capital. According to people behind the campaign, its purpose is "to prevent demarcation and delimitation of borders, which contradict Armenian interests", as well as demand the publication of documents that are intended for signing between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
