The Armenian Foreign Ministry has neither confirmed nor denied reports about an alleged November 26 meeting between Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Vahan Hunanyan has said they will make an announcement as soon as the sides reach an agreement on the format and the venue of the summit, Pastinfo reports.
Various Armenian Telegram channels reported about the meeting earlier.
A press release from the European Council President Charles Michel's office revealed earlier that Michel proposed to host Pashinyan and Aliyev for a meeting in Brussels in the margins of the EaP Summit on December 15, to which the leaders agreed.
