Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov spoke over the phone for the second time in the last two weeks to follow up on the agreements reached by the leaders of the two countries.
The sides agreed on the structure of the Commission on delimitation and border security and decided to convene a meeting of the Commission in the near future.
They also discussed humanitarian matters, as well as preparations for peace negotiations.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev met in Brussels on April 6. In the Belgian capital, the two leaders agreed to set up a bilateral border commission by the end of April.
