DESPITE SOME DISAGREEMENTS OF REGION COUNTRIES, BSEC ALREADY PROVED ITS VIABILITY, ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTER STATES

Despite the disagreements of several countries on certain issues the Black Sea Economic cooperation organization has already proved its viability. Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian stated that speaking at the BSEC summit in Istanbul. According to him, despite the common economic interests of the region countries, different political systems, policies and interests result in sharp disagreements. That is why it was wise of the region states to choose the way of the economic cooperation having faith that the common aim – the increase of living standards of the citizens- would assist in resolving the differences. And these days it should be thought of the following questions: what is priority-driven -economic or political relations; how important is the cultural dialog in the international relations; how should we overcome the gap in order to achieve the aims and to realize the programs; what happens when natural resources are allocated irregularly in one geographic region? All these problems are vital for the region. «No one has doubts that through thinking over the answers to these questions we can extend our cooperation within BSEC framework», Vardan Oskanian thinks.
