On April 19, Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan met with the newly appointed Indian Ambassador to Armenia Nilakshi Saha Sinha to discuss a number of issues related to cooperation in the field of defense.
Papikyan said highly appreciated the current level of Armenia-India cooperation, noting that bilateral cooperation has entered a new stage of development.
The ambassador, meanwhile, conveyed the willingness of the Indian side to develop cooperation.
The sides also discussed a number of issues related to regional security.
