Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan has said that impunity gives Azerbaijan a green light for committing new atrocity crimes.
“Statement of president of Azerbaijan that “winning the war was the mission of his life, of his political life” clearly demonstrates how impunity gives green light for new atrocity crimes,” Kostanyan said on Twitter.
“International community should take immediate action to prevent ethnic cleansing in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh).”
