Today new French co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Hug Perned left Yerevan for Baku. The same day the diplomat met with Azeri President Heydar Aliyev and Foreign Minister Vilayat Guliyev. This is the first visit of the France’s new representative in the Minsk Group paid to the Karabakh conflict region.
