“THE EIGHT COUNTRIES” ADMIT GIVING AID TO NAGORNO KARABAKH FOR POST-CONFLICT REHABILITATION

The foreign ministers of “the eight countries” (US, Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Canada, Japan and Russia) have approved “Initiative on conflict prevention.” The document passed by them on June 12 in Whistler (Canada) points to the opportunity of giving aid to Nagorno Karabakh by OSCE for post-conflict rehabilitation.
