Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan attended a breakfast roundtable discussion held within the framework of the Munich Security Conference. The event was organized by the Armenian Institute of Applied Policy Research (APRI Armenia) and the Observer Research Foundation and focused on the topic: "Minilateralism and the transition from global alliances to targeted partnerships."
In a Facebook post, Pashinyan described the discussion hosted by APRI Armenia in Munich as important and engaging.
During the event, participants examined shifts in the modern security landscape, the effectiveness of large alliances, and the role of small-format cooperation. The discussion continued in a closed format.
In his remarks, Pashinyan outlined Armenia’s foreign policy principles aimed at balancing and strengthening its external relations. He stressed the need to establish flexible yet predictable and reliable partnerships to ensure the country’s security and sustainable development.
The Prime Minister also elaborated on Armenia’s foreign policy objectives, which focus on strengthening national security and economic growth through constructive international cooperation. Additionally, he addressed the Armenian government’s key priorities, including regional peacebuilding and the "Crossroads of Peace" initiative.
