A preliminary investigation has been launched under Article 442(1) of the Armenian Criminal Code—unauthorized involvement of an official in entrepreneurial activity—based on submissions by lawyers.
The anti-corruption committee is conducting the inquiry, according to committee confirmation and Radar Armenia’s report.
