Russian citizens living abroad can now receive qualified electronic signatures in Armenia, according to the Russian Embassy in Yerevan.
These e-signatures allow remote interaction with Russian state and private institutions, enabling users to sign documents, open bank accounts in Russian banks, conduct real estate transactions, participate in auctions, and perform other official activities.
They also grant access to the Gosuslugi portal and the ability to digitally sign documents for the Federal Tax Service or the Russian Social Fund.
To register, individuals must apply via the official website of the accredited certification center “Osnovanie.” The registration point is located in Yerevan, at 7 Argishti Street.
In addition to Armenia, similar registration points operate in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan.
