In orders signed by Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan in July, August, and September 2025, a series of personnel changes took place across the Prosecutor's Office.
- Hayk Hovhannisyan was promoted to head of the Department for Crimes Against Constitutional Order, State, and Public Security, previously serving as acting head and deputy. He is among the prosecutors in cases involving Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, former President Robert Kocharyan, and ex-President Serzh Sargsyan.
- Vahan Harutyunyan became deputy head of the same department, after stepping down from his previous position. He has prosecuted cases related to Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan and Archbishop Mikael Adjapahyan.
- Karen Israelyan, senior prosecutor in the Yerevan City Office, was transferred to the same national department.
- Kim Harutyunyan was relieved from his post in the same department.
- Aristakes Barseghyan, senior prosecutor in the Department for Crimes Against the Person, was moved to the Department for Supervision of Punishment Legality.
- Hayk Movsesyan was also reassigned to this department.
- Garegin Isakhanyan, senior prosecutor, was transferred to become deputy military prosecutor of the Kapan garrison.
- Arsen Kostanyan was appointed to the Anti-Corruption Committee’s Pretrial Legality Oversight Department, leaving his Yerevan district post.
- Prosecutors Artashes Harutyunyan and Tatevik Martirosyan were dismissed from the Department for Illicit Property Forfeiture.
- Hayk Avetyan, Elen Ananyan, and Khalukhi Movsisyan were promoted to senior prosecutors in various Yerevan districts.
- Narek Topuzyan transferred to the Ajapnyak-Davtashen district.
- David Badalyan, Vahe Gasparyan, and Razmik Minasyan were appointed prosecutors in Avan and Nor Nork.
- Artyom Badalyan, Liana Kocharyan, and Narek Abrahamyan were promoted or transferred to senior or regular prosecutor roles in various districts.
- Ofelya Sirekanyan moved from Lori to Yerevan; Ara Davtyan from Yerevan to Ararat; Vardan Arsenyan from Kotayk to Yerevan.
- New appointments included Norayr Harutyunyan (Aragatsotn), David Khachatryan (Tavush), and Avag Harutyunyan (Sisian garrison).
- Aram Khachatryan transferred from Armavir to Shirak.
- Sevada Sargsyan, Nshan Matevosyan, and Vahe Rafayelyan were dismissed from their posts.
- In military prosecutors’ offices: Arshak Martirosyan was moved to Yerevan garrison, Gevorg Khalatyan to Lori, and Arman Apresyan to Kapan.
