Kılıç, Rubinyan to meet in Armenia soon

Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan has announced that special representatives Ruben Rubinyan and Serdar Kılıç are scheduled to meet in Armenia in the coming days as part of the Armenia-Turkey normalization process.

Earlier, on June 20, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan paid a one-day working visit to Turkey. The agenda of the visit was not made public beforehand, as per mutual agreement between the sides—a point also confirmed by the Prime Minister. While in Istanbul, Pashinyan met with members of the local Armenian community.

Responding to a question about whether Turkey's goal is the realization of the Great Turan concept, Pashinyan stated that there will be no “Zangezur Corridor,” but rather a “Crossroads of Peace.”

“We, like Turkey, want open roads. Let's open the borders. But then we call everything ‘Turan’ and panic—oh no, oh no… Let’s just live and allow others to live as well,” he said.
