Serdar Kılıç, Turkey’s special representative in the Armenia-Turkey normalization process, has arrived in Armenia, Armenpress reports.
Kılıç was welcomed at the Margara border crossing by Armenia's representative Ruben Rubinyan, who is also involved in the ongoing dialogue.
Armenia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs had previously announced that a meeting between Rubinyan and Kılıç was planned in the coming days as part of the normalization process between the two countries.
