Prosperous Armenia party leader Gagik Tsarukyan shared the key principles of his “Offer to Armenia” initiative on Facebook, emphasizing that people should not be misled by “beautiful but false promises” and that all issues must be openly discussed.
“We must not avoid addressing any issue,” he wrote. “Even the most difficult problems must be voiced and heard. Every problem has a solution, whether hard or easy, quick or time-consuming, there’s always a way forward. We cannot leave our citizens alone with their struggles.”
Tsarukyan stressed that the authors of this initiative are the people themselves—teachers, doctors, builders, farmers, drivers, and entrepreneurs. The people, who understand problems and can suggest real solutions. The program, he said, is nonpartisan and aims at nationwide welfare.
“You can’t fool the people,” he added. “They’ve seen and felt too much to fall for lies. If you promise something, you must know how to deliver it and have calculated its feasibility. There’s no need to lie when every concern has a real, albeit difficult, solution, and we have specialists and educated youth to find them.”
He said the program will be shaped through direct civic participation and involve top experts from both Armenia and the diaspora, and that this process is already underway.
Tsarukyan has confirmed he will participate in the 2026 parliamentary elections with the “Offer to Armenia” initiative, stating that traditional parties have lost public trust and that Armenia needs unity around a new vision, not outdated political forces.
