A consultation chaired by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was held to discuss the ownership policy concerning companies with state or minority government participation.
The meeting presented the target framework of the policy, the overall structure of state-involved companies, ownership shares, and governance models. It was emphasized that the main objectives of the state’s approach are to ensure effective management and to establish an accountable and transparent system.
During the discussion, future steps and actions in the relevant areas were clarified. The need to align this policy with Armenia’s legal framework was also highlighted.
Pashinyan stressed the importance of improving management efficiency in these companies and instructed that the policy be refined based on the issues and suggestions raised during the meeting.
