Garik Muradyan has been appointed as Commander of the Border Troops of Armenia’s National Security Service (NSS). The decree was signed by Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan.
"Based on the Prime Minister’s proposal and in accordance with Article 133, Part 1 of the Constitution and Article 4.1, Part 1 of the Law on Border Troops:
Garik Muradyan is appointed as Commander of the Border Troops of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia,” the decree states.
