Relatives of crash victims flied to Iran

The relatives of people who died in yesterday’s air crash have today flied to Iran.

Caspian Airlines will cover all their travel expenses, the company representatives told a PanARMENIAN.Net correspondent.

Relatives of crash victims will arrive in Tehran before week-end.

On July 15, Tu-154 aircraft belonging to Caspian Airlines company crashed down during Yerevan Tehran flight, 16 minutes after take-off. The plane came down near Kvezin Jannatabad province, lying at a distance of 200 km. from Tehran.

Out of 153 passengers (including 2 children and 15 crew members), 6 were Armenian citizens, with 2 being crew members. The total number of people bearing Armenian surnames was 35.
