NKR DEFENSE ARMY HEADQUARTERS NEW BUILDING OPENING CEREMONY HELD

May 8, on the eve of celebrating the tenth anniversary of liberation of Shushi the ceremonial opening of the new building of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic defense army headquarters was held. NKR President Arkadiy Ghukasian took part in the ceremony. He awarded a number of officers with valuable presents for valor and on the occasion of the Day of the Nagorno Karabakh defense army day. Then the consecration ceremony of the new staff building took place, held by leader of the Artsakh diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church archbishop Pargev Martirosian.
