ARMENIAN AND RUSSIAN PRESIDENTS TALKED ON TELEPHONE

The Russian and Armenian Presidents had a telephone conversation this morning. Vladimir Putin and Robert Kocharian discussed the process of preparation to the coming session of the Council on collective security to be held in Moscow in May. The heads of the states also concerned questions of developing bilateral cooperation in the sphere of security.
