2 executive staff members of RA Justice Ministry’s Sevan correctional facility are penalized for non-observation of prisoners’ meeting rules: Head of Colony, Colonel Y. Jamalyan was downgraded, while Major A. Sargsyan was fired for abuse of authority by the order of RA Justice Ministry Correctional Department Head.
