Within the frames of its Career Day initiative, organized jointly with Junior Achievements of Armenia, Armenian mobile operator VivaCell-MTS has conducted a meeting with college students forom, VivaCell MTS press secretary Vahe Isahakyan reported to PanARMENIAN.Net.
The aim of the students’ visit to VivaCell-MTS main office was to get familiarized with company’s working style, business management and marketing strategies and acquire new knowledge in mobile communication.
“Promoting high quality professional education among the young generation stems from our Corporate Responsibility strategy. Sharing knowledge and professional skills is what we see as guarantee for our country’s better future. Investing in children and youth is important for the long-standing goals of our country: stimulating interest of young people toward applied science and encouraging innovation. And in many ways our interests coincide with the Junior Achievements of Armenia, which is one of the reasons we supported this organization’s initiative,” stated VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.
The open-door event began with a small presentation of Company’s latest achievements and operational systems. Then VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian introduced the students to Company’s major centers of operation – Service Center, Call Center and Core Unit. General Director briefly introduced to studenta mobile operation, signal transfer and communication systems.
At the end, he answered students’ questions concerning 3G and GSM systems.
