Darko Bratina Award 2009 will be bestowed on Harutyun Khachatryan for his Border documentary.
The awarding ceremony is due on December 3, 2009.
In September and October, Border will be screened during international festivals in Hamburg, Warsaw, Batumi, Tokio and Antalya.
