ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTER TO SPEAK AT OSCE PERMANENT COUNCIL MEETING

Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian will speak at the meeting of the OSCE permanent council in Vienna March 21. The speech of the Special coordinator of the Pact of the southeastern Europe Erkhard Busek is also expected.
