The delegation of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs headed by Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Boris Grizlov is arriving in Yerevan on a working visit March 21. The Ministry representatives will participate in the conference of the Joint board of the two countries’ law-enforcement departments.
