Presentation of a new illustrated book “History of Armenian Art” will be held November 20 at the hall of frescoes of the National Art Gallery of Armenia. The new book was born as a result of years of professional work of Zangak-97 publishing house.
This publication presents the history of Armenian architecture and painting. Separate chapters present the development of these spheres in ancient Armenia, at the times of the kingdom of Ararat, in the Hellenistic, medieval, and modern Armenia. The publication highlights the development of painting in the Armenian Diaspora.
RA Ministers of Culture, Diaspora, Education and Science are invited to attend the presentation.
