OSCE MINSK GROUP CO-CHAIRS COME FOR NEW SETTLEMENT SCHEME FOR KARABAKH CONFLICT

In the interview to “Echo” Baku newspaper American Co-Chairman of OSCE Minsk Group Rudolf Perina stated that time the mediators would arrive in the region with totally different propositions. According to the newspaper information, Russian Co-Chair Nikolay Gribkov also expressed opinion that an absolutely new model not having any analogues was required to settle the Karabakh conflict.
