Gurgen Sargsyan: All three communication operators: ArmenTel, VivaCell and Orange-Armenia are among the ten largest taxpayers of the country.
Prerequisites of healthy competition are available in Armenia’s communication sphere, RA Transport and Communications Minister Gurgen Sargsyan told on Dec. 21.
According to him, 2009 was marked with the appearance of the third telecom operator in the market, which will have a positive impact on the quality of services and prices.
All three communication operators, ArmenTel, VivaCell and Orange-Armenia are among the ten largest taxpayers of the country, Gurgen Sargsyan said.
