Night show of animated masterpieces of the 20th century took place in Simferopol’s “Cosmos” cinema hall on December 19 and 20.
Works by Armenian film director and scriptwriter Robert Sahakyants were screened. Audience enjoyed cinematized famous Armenian folk tales “Who will tell fables?” (1982), “Wow, a talking fish!” (1983), “In the blue sea, white foam …” (1984), “Look at that, Shrovetide! “(1985).
Jan Švankmajer, Fyodor Khitruk, Andrei Khrzhanovsky, Yuri Norstein and Garry Bardin’s animated cartoons were also presented, Analitika.at.ua reported.
