Press secretary of the Ministry of Justice Ara Saghatelian confirmed the information that Minister of Justice David Harutyunian had addressed a letter to prosecutor general that “ArmenTel” company had intentionally broken agreements concerning tariff policy achieved in the course of the recent negotiations with the Republic Government. Added value tax charge on the tariffs for juridical persons is the point. The company charges it in spite of the fact that according to the agreement signed by the parties the tariffs already included them. The Office of prosecutor general Department on preserving the state interests the conducts the affair.
