BIN LADEN MAY BE ON VISIT IN AZERBAIJAN

According to the “New York Times” information the activists of “El-Quaide” terrorist organization leave Afghanistan under the pressure of the Northern Alliance and the members of the anti-terrorist coalition. Azerbaijan is one of the first countries, where people from the closest circles of Usama bin Laden are expected to flee. Such a prognosis is quite defenseble if the fact that a well organized group of terrorist net leaded by bin Laden operated in Baku is taken into consideration. (It should be reminded that according to the data of the investigation of terrorist acts in Kenya and Tanzania, the orders to blow up the American Embassy in Nairobi were directed from Baku. Commenting the information that bin Laden has left Afghanistan for Chechnya, “Izvestiya” Russian newspaper makes an assumption that the way of “the top terrorist” would pass through Azerbaijan. As it is known, terrorist Khattab, who was asked to lead the defense of Kunduz city by bin Laden personally, left Chechnya for Afghanistan through Azerbaijan last week.
