Today congress of “Eni Azerbaijan” ruling party opened in Baku. Leader of the party, President Heydar Aliyev was observing the course of the congress from a box. The session was opened by Deputy Chairman of the party, Speaker of the Parliament Murtuz Aleskerov, who stated the members of the party were following “Heydar Aliyev and the way guides Azerbaijan to the bright future.” The proposal to elect the son of the head of the country Ilham Aliyev as first deputy Chairman of the party was met with a long storm of applause. The participants of the congress scanned: “Long live Ilham Aliyev – the future of Azerbaijan!” “Long live irreplaceable successor of Heydar Aliyev – Ilham Aliyev!” The idea that “Eni Azerbaijan” party will always be in power was heard in Ilham Aliyev’s speech. “The future of Azerbaijan is associated with “Eni Azerbaijan” party, Heydar Aliyev and his politics,” – the son of the head of the country summarized. The speech of I.Aliyev was repeatedly interrupted by a long storm of applause, turning into ovation.
