700 FAMILIES WANT TO RETURN TO KARABAKH TO ESTABLISH RESIDENCE

135 families have returned to Nagorno-Karabakh to establish residence within the framework of “Return to Artsakh” program. 700 families wish to return home, Nagorno-Karabakh. The NKR government suggests some privileges for them: every family member is given a sum from state budget. Besides, repatriates are given credits for 20 years, they are also provided with houses, 6000 square meter land and are exempted from taxes for 5 years.
